Pros

One of my personal favorite features of this bike is that it folds up for easy storage and fits inside a cupboard, corner, or other compact space. It’s the easiest way to enjoy the benefits of a recumbent workout without dedicating an entire room to your exercise equipment.

This compact recumbent bike can be easily folded to half of the assembled size.

It can be moved easily with the included transportation wheels.

An 8 level Magnetic Tension control system allows the user to adjust the tension level for an easier or more difficult workout.

Despite the compact space-saving design, the 400XL is plenty powerful, with a precision-balanced flywheel and a quiet V-belt double-drive transmission system.
The bike is sturdy enough to handle rigorous riding without shaking or wobbling excessively.
The ergonomic seat design does well at reducing pressure on the lower back and other troublesome areas, which makes the bike ideal for people with disabilities or illnesses.
The main body comes assembled. Legs, seat, handlebars, and pedals to be assembled and hook up electronics. Easy to follow instructions, taking 30 minutes approximately to set up.

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend this bike to anyone taller than 5.8.
You can’t pedal backward on this bike.
The Exerpeutic 400XL folding Recumbent Bike is classified as a semi-recumbent bike, which means that it is not as comfortable as a full recumbent.
